About the All about Allergens Resource Hub

The All about Allergens Resource Hub supports the National Allergy Council's All about Allergens online training and helps food services take a best practice approach to managing food allergies.

The hub provides free information and practical resources for staff working in a range of food service sectors including restaurants, cafes, events and caterers, schools, camps, children's education and care, hospitals, and residential care. All our courses and resources have been developed in consultation with industry experts and continue to be improved based on feedback.

About the National Allergy Council

The National Allergy Council is a partnership between the Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology (ASCIA) and Allergy & Anaphylaxis Australia, the peak medical and patient support organisation.

The National Allergy Council implements the National Allergy Strategy through a range of important programs.
