Best Practice Guidelines for Food Allergen Management in Food Service

In consultation with food service sector experts, the National Allergy Council developed guidelines for best practice food allergen management for all food service settings.  The guidelines cover what training, policies and procedures food services need to have to make and serve food safely for people with food allergy.
